    Ich besitze einen Bontrager DoutrapS Sensor für Geschwindigkeit und Trittfrequenz und ein Sony Experiment Z3. Bike Computer pro erkennt zwar den Sensor und zeigt ihn mir namentlich an, aber er kann sich nicht mit ihm verbinden. Ich habe schon alle anderen Bluetooth Geräte aus dem Handy entfernt,aber leider funktioniert es immer noch nicht.Was kann ich noch probieren?

      sorry für die späte Antwort, leider wurden Kommentare hier nicht mehr an mich weitergeleitet.

      Hast du den Sensor als Geschwindigkeits- und Trittfrequenz Sensor für das aktuell gewählte Fahrrad ausgewählt?

      Nur dann wird der Sensor bei Start einer Fahrt verbunden.

    I have enjoyed BikeComputor Pro without problems for a several years. Once set up right, the app worked fine always to show the exact position on the local map, speed, distance, running time, overall time, bearing, grading, temperature, height , and the local time. But in order to overcome a new found problems using this app, I have two questions that require your kind attention.

    Question 1:
    I am well aware of that riding bicycle past midnight is rare among the millions users of the app, but I did encounter this phenomenon: the android phone made in China went dead at exactly midnight local time. I had to bring the bike to a complete stop, had to re-start the device, start the app all over to run at distance from zero meter. Please advise if there is a way to avoid this kind of mishap. To my inquiry, the representative of the phone in Japan replied that they had not been aware of the problem with the particular model of mine.

    Question 2:
    I am planning to replace the present phone with a newer android model. Please refer me to the articles, updated, that enable a complete transfer of the riding record left on the old device to a new one.

      thank you for your feedback.

      Regarding Question 1:

      I never heard of such a problem. Might be caused by other reasons : a system update starting at midnight, a low battery or something else. For the app there is no actual time check how late it is, so it is not related to a particular hour or anything.
